Full Review

Trésor is for women who want to be remembered, not overlooked. This is peak 90s romantic femininity bottled — think candlelit dinners, silk dresses, and the kind of presence that makes people turn around. The opening hits you with a peach-apricot sweetness that's almost edible, quickly joined by a massive rose that dominates the heart. But here's what makes Trésor special: that distinctive honey-amber base that turns the whole composition into something warm, enveloping, and distinctly maternal in the best way.

Performance is where this fragrance shows its age in the best possible way. You're looking at 8-10 hours of solid longevity with moderate to strong projection for the first 3-4 hours. It's not beast mode by today's standards, but it has serious presence — the kind that leaves a trail when you walk by. The dry-down is where Trésor really shines, becoming this gorgeous skin-like warmth that hugs close.

This isn't a fragrance for wallflowers or minimalists. Trésor is dated, sure, but it's dated like a vintage Chanel suit — undeniably classic and still more sophisticated than half the stuff released today. At around $60-80 for a full bottle, it's actually solid value for a fragrance with this much character and longevity. Just don't expect subtlety.

The main downside? It's become associated with 'mom perfume' by younger generations, which is frankly their loss. This is what happens when a fragrance is too successful for its own good. Sample first if you're under 30 — you might need to adjust your expectations of what modern femininity smells like.
